: (1) Trade union association active in the industries of tea plantation, carpet production, construction business, brick industry, cement industry, garment, jute and other goods of similar nature as specified by the department or service providers or businessmen, employers of the industry group. A group collective bargaining committee with a maximum of eleven members can be formed to submit demands to the union.
(2) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall have the same rights as the collective bargaining committee under sub-section (5) of section 116 of the Act.
(3) The workers as per sub-rule (1) shall also select alternate members as required when forming a group collective bargaining committee.
